Service Use

Though we strive for continuous service availability, Orivale cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.

User Obligations

Users must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure responsible and lawful use of Orivale’s platform and services.

• Do not use the services for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality obligations.

User-Generated Content

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with prior notice where applicable; termination does not affect accrued rights.

Upon termination, clients must cease use of Orivale’s proprietary materials and settle outstanding fees promptly.

Communications
